Our classes are designed to challenge you to be better than you were yesterday. We focus on strength, conditioning, and endurance building workouts… all while having fun! Don’t worry… our boxing classes are no-contact, but we will certainly train you like a real fighter!

This class will be one, packed hour of circuits and stations that will vary each week to keep members engaged, motivated and challenged. Each class will consist of strength, conditioning, agility, cardio and endurance building exercises.
This class incorporates lots of focus mitt work, some heavy bag work and various stations and exercises that will help tone and condition your body, all while having fun! NO FIRST TIMER BOXING FOR THIS CLASS.
This class is a full body workout that combines strength training, cardio, conditioning and endurance. This class is different every single week and will keep your body guessing!
This class is great for beginners and for seniors! If you're not quite sure where to start.... then start here! We focus on fundamental movements, balance, agility and mobility, combined with a little strength training and cardio.
Do you enjoy competition? Do you desire to be the best you can be? Do you like to set goals and crush them? Do you love that team atmosphere? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions, then this class is for YOU!
In addition to a full class of challenging circuits, there will be five (aka: penta) specific exercises that will be repeated throughout the course of four weeks, which allows members to monitor their progress. We've create a leaderboard to celebrate milestones, accomplishments and achievments along the way.
This class will help you develop strength, improve agility, and build endurance in a FULL BODY workout!
It’s time to let out all that PENTa UP ENERGY!
Join us for a 45 min workout to shape and tone your upper body as we focus on arms, shoulders, chest and back! We may throw in lower body and core as well! Alllll the fun things to make you super strong!
Each 60 min class is a full body workout designed to improve core strength, burn fat and build muscle. Exercise without guilt, meet other athletes in the community and have FUN!
We combine endurance, strength, cardio and functional training for the most effective workouts.
Dramatically improve strength, fitness, health and energy levels.
Small class setting so each individual can be payed close attention to, to ensure proper form and technique.
Comfortable atmosphere without the worry of being watched by others. Everyone is motivated and encouraged to work out at their own fitness level and pace. Many forms of modification exercises available if needed.
Each session will have a fun and friendly atmosphere starting with a warm up, ending with a cool down and becoming progressively more challenging from week to week. Workouts will utilize a variety of training modalities including kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and bodyweight mobility movements.

THIS CLASS IS FOR EXPERIENCED MEMBERS ONLY, NO BEGINNERS. IF YOU’RE NOT SURE WHERE YOU STAND WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE LEVEL, CONTACT ROCK ASAP. THANKS!
This class focuses on boxing drills and various stations that will help develop strength, conditioning, endurance, speed, agility, head-movement and footwork. We will use the tools of heavy bag, slip bag, double end bag and focus mitts, as members learn to hit with proper technique to avoid injury. This will be a no-contact class, but I guarantee, you’ll feel like a real boxer in OR out of the ring (class)! Our goal is to empower you and boost confidence whether you have gloves on or not!
We'll do 30 minutes of boxing and 30 minutes of bootcamp.
